Tablelands rock pools

Introduction to Mindfulness

  • This course is currently in progress so can no longer be booked.

  • This is a 4 week course offered locally in Blackwater.

  • The course is designed to introduce you to the foundations of mindfulness. 

  • You will gain an understanding of what mindfulness is and how it can support you to get more from life. 

  • The course has a strong practical component aimed at assisting you in establishing a mindfulness and meditation practice that suits your daily routine.

  • Your time commitment would be 4x1hr in person sessions and a minimum of 10 minutes home practice each day during the course.

This course is suitable for people new to mindfulness and those with any range of experience wishing to refresh their practice.

Introduction to Mindfulness

Online

  • This is a 4 session course delivered fortnightly over 8 weeks online. 

  • It is scheduled so that the course is accessible to those on shift work. I apologise if this does not line up with your roster.

  • The course is designed to introduce you to the foundations of mindfulness. 

  • You will gain an understanding of what mindfulness is and how it can support you to get more from life. 

  • The course has a strong practical component aimed at assisting you in establishing a mindfulness and meditation practice that suits your daily routine.

  • Your time commitment would be 4x1hr on line sessions and a minimum of 10 minutes home practice each day during the course.
