I'm the Founder of Breathe Meditation & Mindfulness

Breathe Meditation & Mindfulness came into being as a way for me to reach out and share the tools and knowledge I discovered that have worked for me in my search for happiness.

I strive to embody contribution through presence, brave action and compassion in all I do. These qualities have been nurtured over more than 20 years of lived experience with meditation, including studying and practicing a mindful lifestyle since 2017.
​
Mindfulness has positively impacted every aspect of my life and has been integral in my journey to overcome and manage depression and anxiety. Working in the Mining industry for over 15 years, I have applied mindfulness in my workplace with notable success, bringing opportunities my way and receiving workplace recognition for my contribution to a positive and safe work culture.
Settled in Central Queensland, I am passionate about helping people in my local community find happiness and wellbeing in both their personal and work lives. This passion is supported by my commitment to bringing the benefits of mindfulness and meditation to as many individuals and work groups as possible.

Ordained Zen Preist

In March of 2024, with years of dedication to following the life of a Zen Buddhist, I was ordained as a Zen Priest in the Order of the Boundless Way.
​
The ordination took place in the ideal surrounds of Misty Mountain Zen Temple, officiated by my beloved teacher Fushin Daijo.
​
Mindfulness plays an important role in Zen and is often considered the birthplace of modern mindfulness.
